1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 26jl website located at https://26jl.top, or by downloading and using the 26jl mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 26jl Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 26jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 26jl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 26jl Platform for any reason.

26jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 26jl may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accrued through an account held by an ineligible player are subject to forfeiture.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 26jl, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and will not share your username or password with any other person.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 26jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 26jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 26jl support immediately. 26jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

26jl supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Deposits are processed in real time for supported e-wallet methods including GCash and PayMaya.
• Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
• 26jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the 26jl Platform.
• 26jl reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• A fully verified account (completed KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• 26jl targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 26jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the player account portal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

26jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 26jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 26jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Where 26jl determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — 26jl reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 26jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of each game.

• Each game on the 26jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 26jl's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 26jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• 26jl reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it determines that a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 26jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or using more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 26jl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 26jl Platform or its underlying software.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 26jl Platform — including but not limited to the 26jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 26jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 26jl.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 26jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

26jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 26jl takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 26jl's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 26jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Privacy & Data

26jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

26jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

12 Amendments & Termination

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

26jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 26jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
